This recently renovated detached holiday home offers everything to experience a wonderful holiday. The house is located directly on the canal. This gives you free access to the Groningen canal system. You can fish, swim or paddle around on your own subboards belonging to the house.

Due to the south-west location of the house, you can enjoy the sun on the spacious terrace until late in the evening. Due to the beautiful old trees present, you will also find plenty of cozy shade spots

. On the first floor are 3 cozy bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

Ground floor has a large bedroom and a bathroom with bath and separate shower and toilet

The large living and dining room has a large glazed facade with terrace doors from which you have a beautiful view of the water and the forests beyond. In the kitchen you will find a combi oven with microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a Senseo and a kettle. A sauna is available for relaxation.
