This recently renovated, detached holiday home with sauna and whirlpool offers everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday. On the ground floor there is an attractive bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet. From the spacious living room, including a 55" OLED Smart TV and a cozy bar, you have access to the spacious winter garden. Here you will find the dining room and an additional seating area with a beautiful view over the water. With a large terrace (40 m3) and a luxurious dining table with 6 comfortable chairs to enjoy outside for a long time, as well as 2 beautiful sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo and Nespresso machine and kettle. On the upper floor There are 3 attractive bedrooms with 6 box-spring beds and an extra toilet. For extra relaxation, you can enjoy an extra 43-inch Smart TV in one of the bedrooms. The garden is located directly on the inland lake and offers plenty of space. The view of the island offers extra privacy. You can fish from your own deck, swim or even paddle around on the underboard that comes with the house. Due to the south-westerly location of the house, you can enjoy the sun comfortably and relaxed on the existing garden furniture until late in the evening. . The spacious garden and quiet location make the house ideal for dogs. There are food and water bowls in the house and the park itself is also extremely dog-friendly.
