6 person modernized detached house with a completely new interior and layout; On the ground floor is the living room and open kitchen with new appliances and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bath and sink.

In addition, there is a spacious hall with a toilet and storage room with a washing machine. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 new box springs, there is also a camping bed and high chair available.

The house is located in the park on the southern side on a large plot on the water. At the front of the house are 2 parking spaces available with a new playground nearby. The property is a 3 to 5 minute walk from the main house which also has an indoor swimming pool.
