Book a bungalow

Parc Emslandermeer has several rental organizations that all use their own rental system. Karperbungalow.nl is the only landlord who does not use a "bungalow type". You book the bungalow with us at address. So you do not pay any extra costs for any option whatsoever. You will actually receive the bungalow you book. The facilities of the bungalow are listed for each bungalow. We also recommend that you consult the map to view the location.

Down payments and residual payments

As soon as you book a holiday period with us with an arrival date within 4 weeks, you can pay for it via an online payment. In all other cases, a down payment will suffice. The right of withdrawal does not apply because it concerns accommodation. Secure online payments

We use the payment services of Mollie for our payments. Before paying, please check the URL and whether the lock at the top left is closed (secure connection). You can use IDEAL (Netherlands), Bankcontact (Belgium), SOFORT banking (Germany) and Belfius.

Arrival and departure times

The usual arrival and departure days are Monday and Friday. You can enter your bungalow from 3 p.m. Due to the time required for the final cleaning, you must vacate the house before 10:00 am. If you leave unexpectedly earlier, you can leave the keys with a keyfob on the table in the living room. Please keep in mind that you need the keyfob for access to the environment square because of this. taking away your trash.

Pick up and return the key

The barrier is open on arrival days Monday, Friday and Saturday between 3 pm and 7 pm. You can drive directly to the parking spaces at your rented recreation house. We ask you to call our guest service 10 minutes before arrival and they will meet you at the house. They give you the keys with the keyfobs and explanations. The telephone number can be found in the booking confirmation or in the SMS. The holiday park is located behind closed barriers which open with a key ring. Apply for a fishing license

You must have a Parc Emslandermeer fishing permit for fishing on the inland lake. If you book at karperbungalow.nl, your fishing permit is free. You can log in to the payment link and download the fishing license. klik hier

Cleaning

A clean bungalow is our top priority. We therefore pay a lot of attention to this. If you have a complaint about the cleaning of your home, please report this to the guest service immediately upon arrival. This way we can deal with your complaint immediately. You can also report a complaint to the European ODR platform

Final cleaning and waste

We ask you to leave the bungalow broom clean before your departure. At the end of your holiday you can take your garbage to the garbage container at the avenue van westerwolde 15 and use it 24/7 by means of the keyfob.

Deposit payment and returns

You always pay a deposit with your booking. This deposit will be refunded to your account within 14 days after departure. If, after checking your booked holiday home, it is established that calamities have occurred, you will be contacted after your holiday. If there are higher costs than the deposit amount, this will still be charged.

Cancel due to the Coronavirus

If you are due to If you want to rebook the corona rules, you can do so free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. If you wish to cancel, we will apply the applicable conditions. If you wish to cancel your stay and wish to claim cancellation insurance for this, we recommend that you contact your insurer in advance. The conditions differ per insurer.
